摘要
为评价亚硒酸钠的致突变性,进行了小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞(PCE)微杭试验。结果表明:当受试物终浓度为2mg/kg,1mg/kg剂量组PCE微核率与阴性对照组比较有极显著性差异(p<0.01),结果为阳性;0.5mg/kg剂量组PCE微核率与阴性对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(p>0.05),为阴性结果。结论:亚硒酸钠具有一定的致突变性。
The mutagenicity of sodium selenite was evaluated by the micronucleus test of polychromatics erythrccytes in bone marrow. The results showed that at the concentration of 2 mg/kg, 1 μg/mL dosage, the rate of micronucleus of polychromatics erythrecytes in bone marrow in treatment group was very significant different than control group (P〈0.01), which was positive. PCE micronueleus rate at 0.5 mg/kg was not significant (P〉0.05) compares with control group, which was nega tive. In conclusion, Sodium selenite has mutagenicity to some extent.
