摘要 分子生物学是生命科学最重要的基础课程之一,其与细胞生物学、遗传学、神经生物学和发育生物学等学科的交叉渗透大大推动了科学发展,对培养研究型拔尖人才起着关键作用。随着高校教育教学改革和学科建设的不断发展,日益增长的知识技术与课程学时不足这一矛盾成为了影响分子生物学教学质量的主要因素之一。控制PPT课件信息量,将教学科研紧密结合,并开展网络化教学、动画教学、双向互动教学等方式,有利于激发学生的学习兴趣,营造独立思考、勇于创新的良好氛围,从而解决少学时情况下的分子生物学教学问题。 Molecular biology is one of the most important basic courses of life science. It has greatly promoted the development of Science in the field of Cell Biology, Genetics, Neurobiology and Developmental Biology and is critical for training top talents. With the development of teaching reform and discipline construction of university education, the contradiction between the increasing knowledge and less class hours has become one of the main reasons affecting the teaching quality of Molecular Biology. By controlling the amount of information on the ppt slides, combining the teaching and research tightly, as well as carrying out network teaching, animation teaching and two-way interactive teaching, we have inspired the students' studying interest and created a good atmosphere of independent thinking and innovation, which will be helpful to solve the problems of Molecular Biology teaching with less class hours.
