渭源县精准扶贫先锋产业——放养鸡产业发展探讨

Discussion on the Development of the Free-range Chicken Industry in Weiyuan County Which is A Pioneer on Targeted Poverty Alleviation

放养鸡因肉质细嫩、味道鲜美、无饲料添加剂残留,而越来越受消费者的欢迎。近年来,渭源县的放养鸡产业发展已形成一定的规模,在畜牧部门的努力下,其产品先后获得了"无公害农产品产地认定证书"、"A级绿色食品证书"和"甘肃省名牌产品"称号。2015年全县规模养殖户达到85家,加上全县农户散养的,饲养量达到503万只,成了渭源县脱贫致富的先锋产业。现将渭源县发展放养鸡产业的做法和今后努力的方向做如下探讨,以期同仁们参考。

The free-range chicken become more and more popular because of its tender meat, delicious taste, free feed additives remain. In recent years, the development of poultry industry in Weiyuan County has formed a certain scale. The product has won the ＂pollution-free agricultural products certification＂, ＂certification on green food at grade A＂ and ＂Gansu famous brand＂ title with efforts of animal husbandry sector. Until 2015, scaled farmers has reached 85, and the amount of rearing chicken reached 5 million and 30 thousand, which promote the chicken husbandry become the pioneer industry in Weiyuan County. This paper discussed the development of chicken husbandry in Weiyuan County and the direction of future efforts for colleagues＇ reference.
