摘要
目的:探讨离心运动对不同时刻雄雌大鼠股四头肌、腓肠肌中MG53蛋白表达变化的影响。方法:将36只SD大鼠(雄雌各半)随机分成安静对照组C,离心运动后即刻组E0和24h组E24,每组12只,雄雌各6只。E组进行19-21m/min,-16°,90min的一次性跑台运动。结果:股四头肌中,与C组雄雌性大鼠相比,相应E0组MG53蛋白表达量具有显著性差异(P<0.01);而E24组的差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。腓肠肌中情况相似,除雌性E24组与C组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。性别差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)的仅在腓肠肌E0组中。结论:MG53可能与剧烈运动导致的肌肉损伤有关,可以考虑作为评价运动性骨骼肌损伤的指标,并且更具灵敏性。
Objective: To investigate the effects of eccentric exercise on muscle MG53 protein expression in rat. Methods: 36 SD rats were randomly divided into three groups,sedentary control group,eccentric exercise group-rats killed immediately and 24 h after eccentric exercise,12 in each group( 6 male and 6 female). E exercise on treadmill,with a running speed of 19-21 m / min,- 16°,90 min.Results: In quadriceps femoris,the expression of MG53 protein was increased( E0 vs C),with a significantly different( P 0. 01). Similar results were obtained from gastrocnemius muscle. There is gender difference in gastrocnemius muscle of E0 group. Conclusions: MG53 may be related to muscle damage caused by strenuous exercise.MG53 can be considered as a maker for evaluating the injury of skeletal muscle.
