西藏摔跤运动员竞技能力研究

The Research for Athletic Ability of Tibetan Wrestling Athletes

通过对47名世居西藏高原地区的摔跤运动员进行调查分析,总结归纳出西藏高原地区摔跤运动员的竞技能力结构特征。在此基础之上确定了13项一级指标和50项二级指标作为西藏摔跤运动员竞技能力的构成指标,为今后高原地区摔跤运动员竞技能力的评定提供依据,也为西藏摔跤运动员的选材、训练提供统一科学的衡量标准。

Investigated 47 wrestling athletes in Tibet. and then determines 13 first-class indexes and 50 second-class indexes that can be used to evaluate the athletic ability of wresting athletes. The author believes that this index can provide a new perspective to the theoretical study and is also helpful to the selection and training of wrestling athletes.
