摘要
新型板带冲压柔性生产线喂料系统是一种比较特殊的进给伺服系统,与传统的停剪喂料方式相比精度要求更高。本文通过对喂料控制原理的阐述,详细分析了喂料系统全闭环控制状态下喂料长度偏差的原因,通过对受力状态的喂料辊的有限元分析,优化喂料辊辊形,从而改变喂料辊变形时夹送力沿板宽的合理分布,以防止喂料辊与板带产生细微滑动,减小喂料系统振荡,进一步提高全闭环控制系统的稳定性,使喂料精度得到很大提高,并通过理论和实践研究证实了该方法的可行性。
The new type feeding system of flexiblestrip punching production line is one kind of unique feed- ing servo system, which needs more accuracy comparing with traditional feeding method of stop-shearing. The reasons for length deviation of full-closed loop control feeding system have been analyzed in detail in the text by introducing the principle of feeding controlling system. Through the finite element analysis of feeding rollers under real working loads, the shapes of the feeding roller have been optimized and the feed- ing force distribution along the plate width during deformation process of feeding rollers has been improved. Thus in this way, the slight sliding between feeding rollers and strip has been prevented; the oscillation of feeding system has been reduced; the stability of full-closed loop control system has been improved signifi- cantly as well as feeding accuracy. Finally, the feasibility of this method has been confirmed by research of theory and practice.
