摘要
针对数控闸式剪板机的发展趋势,介绍了一种高效节能新型闸式剪板机。主要介绍剪板机的结构特点和技术特点,并与原有JZK型数控闸式剪板机剪切效率进行对比分析与优化,为此新型闸式剪板机的设计与推广应用提供有益的技术参考。
Aiming at the development trend of CNC hydraulic guillotine shear, one new type of high efficien- cy and energy-saving guillotine shear has been introduced in the text. The structure features and technical characteristics of shear machine have been primarily described. By comparing ＆ analyzing and optimizing the technology of this new type guillotine shear with the original JZK type, it provides useful technical reference for the design and application of the new type guillotine shear.
