摘要
应用关键人物访谈法和参与式观察法,对海南五指山地区黎族传统食用野菜资源进行了调查研究.研究表明,该地区黎族传统食用的野菜有88种,隶属42科70属;其中草本58种(65.9%),藤本16种(18.2%),乔木9种(9.0%),灌木6种(6.8%).野菜的食用部位以嫩茎、叶为主的有54种,占61.4%.五指山黎族食用野生蔬菜的传统知识,在蔬菜新资源的开发利用方面具有重要的参考价值.
Interviewing the key informants and participatory observation were adopted for the investigation on traditional edible wild vegetable resources used by Li Minority of Wuzhishan region in Hainan province. The results show 88 edible species from 42 families and 70 genera. The plants are composed of herbs accounting for 58species( 65. 9%),liana 16 species( 18. 2%),trees 9 species( 9. 0%),shrubs 6 species( 6. 8%). Tender shoot and leaves,accounting for 54 species( 61. 4%),are the main parts. Li people of Wuzhishan region in Hainan province possess bountiful traditional knowledge on wild vegetable resources which is important and useful for exploration and utilization of new vegetable resources in the future.
