三亚河红树林沉积物酶活性时空动态研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文对三亚河红树林沉积物4种与C、N、P转化密切相关的酶(蔗糖酶、脲酶、酸性磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶)活性的时空动态进行了研究.结果表明:沉积物酶活性随季节总体呈现夏季较高、冬季较低的规律;随取样深度的增加,蔗糖酶、脲酶和酸性磷酸酶活性呈降低趋势,过氧化氢酶活性则随取样深度的增加无显著变化;蔗糖酶和酸性磷酸酶活性呈现林内>林缘>光滩,而脲酶和过氧化氢酶活性则林内最高,林缘与光滩差异不显著;与上游和中游相比,下游河段沉积物酶活性总体较低,而上游和中游沉积物酶活性无显著性差异. The seasonal and spatial dynamics of sediment enzyme activities under Sanya river mangrove forest were studied. Four enzymes were involved,namely,invertase,urease,acid phosphatase and catalase,which are closely related to C,N and P transformation. The results showed that sediment enzyme activities are high in summer but low in winter. The activities of invertase,urease and acid phosphatase are decreased with the increase of sampling depth,and the activity of catalase has no significant changes with the increase of sampling depth. The activities of acid phosphatase and invertase in forest center are the highest,followed by those of acid phosphatase and invertase at forest edge and in naked tidal flat. The activities of urease and catalase are the highest in forest center,while there is no significant discrepancy between those of urease and catalase at forest edge and in naked tidal flat. Compared with in upper and middle reaches,the sediment enzyme activity in lower reaches is relatively low,and there is no significant discrepancy between that in upper reaches and in middle reaches.
