广西酒店管理本科专业“理论+实践双核”人才培养模式探索

Research on Theory and Practice Dual-core Mode of Undergraduate Hospitality Management Education in Guangxi Province

酒店管理专业本科教育应当侧重于培养理论和实践兼具的管理人才。研究针对酒店管理本科毕业生就业与专业错位、契合度低的现象,基于文献解析、广西区内外相关高校对比分析、教育实践经验,结合广西酒店管理专业人才培养目标定位和职业经理人的素质要求,探求适应广西实际情况的酒店管理本科应用型专门人才"理论+实践双核"培养模式,并从课程设置、实践教学、师资建设、教学模式改革、基础条件建设等五个方面提出了实施策略。

The undergraduate hospitality management education should bring up those management talents both have academic and operation ability.According to the phenomenon of undergraduate hospitality management graduates＇ low professional sense of approval,this papers reviews literature,compare and analyse related colleges inside and outside Guangxi Province,base on education practice,combines undergraduate hospitality management speciality talents training target orientation and professional managers＇ quality requirement to try to build appled personnel training mode of＂theory-practice binuclear＂to adapt to the development of Guangxi.At the same time,this paper puts forward implementation strategies from curriculum design,practical teaching,teachers construction,teaching model reform,basic conditions construction and etc.
