高职新生学校归属感与心理健康探析 被引量:2

摘要 选取广西2所高职院校的722名新生施测,探索学校归属感现状特点及其与心理健康的关系。研究表明,高职新生的学校归属感处于中等水平,存在性别差异、城乡差异、专业类别差异、学生干部与非学生干部差异、家庭经济状况差异,不存在独生与非独生子女的差异;学校归属感与心理健康各因子存在负相关。建议高职院校在深化综合改革中提升办学实力和社会影响力,注重加强校园文化建设,整体构建积极的心理健康教育体系,以切实提高高职院校学生的学校归属感和心理健康水平。 For analyzing the relationship between sense of school belonging and mental health for higher vocational college freshmen,the research selected 722 freshmen from 2higher vocational colleges in Guangxi to investigate.Based on this reseach,the main conclusions are as follows:in general,the sense of school belong of higher vocational college freshmen is at the midium level.There exists difference in gender,urban and rural areas,classification of speciality,student cadres and family economic conditions.No difference exists in only-child and non-only-child.Furthermore,there was a negative correlation between the sense of school belong and the factors of mental health.In order to raising the sense of school belong level and mental health level,suggestions are as follows:higher vocational college should reinforce its school running strength and social influence through deepening reform,pay more attention to strengthening the construction of campus culture,build a positive mental health education system as a whole.
