摘要
通过对连铸过程中钛扁锭的固-液界面形貌分析,研究了拉锭速度和浇注温度对钛锭固-液界面的影响规律。利用有限元法对电子束冷床炉熔炼大规格钛扁锭连铸凝固过程进行模拟研究,通过对钛扁锭进行温度场稳态模拟计算后,获得了浇注温度和拉锭速度对钛扁锭凝固达到稳态时凝固界面形貌和固相分数的影响机制。
Solid-liquid interface morphology of titanium ingot during continuous casting process was observed and analyzed to understand effects of drawing velocity and casting temperature.The finite element method was used to simulate continuous casting solidification process of large-sized titanium ingot prepared by the electron beam cold hearth melting furnace.Effects of casting temperature and drawing velocity on the solidification interface morphology and solid fraction were analyzed by calculating the steady state temperature field of solidification of the titanium alloy.
