提高传统法Cu电解中始极片悬垂度的研究 被引量:1

Research on Improving the Overhang Degrees for Starting Sheet of Traditional Copper Electrolysis

摘要 通过分析Cu电解过程中影响始极片悬垂度的主要因素,设计了一种在始极片正反两面压制连续的宽纹来提高其悬垂度的方法。利用Deform-3D软件建立了变厚度(0.8-1.5mm)始极片压纹整形的有限元模型,分析新设计的宽纹纹路是否有效,当悬垂度达到±5mm,符合企业要求。在此基础上设计试验样机,随机选取26组始极片进行压纹整形试验,结果约70%的始极片悬垂度达到±5mm的标准,与模拟结果相符合,能够满足生产需要。 The main factors influencing the overhang degrees of starting sheet of traditional copper electrolysis were analyzed,and a continuous wide line of suppression on both sides of a starting to improve its trailer overhang degrees was designed.By Deform-3Dsoftware establishing plastic finite element model of variable thickness(0.8mm to 1.5mm)starting sheet,the validity of the new design of wide line was described.The overhang degrees reaches±5mm,meeting the enterprise requirement.The experimental prototype was designed,and 26 groups of starting sheet were selected randomly to test.The results exhibit 70% of the overhang of starting sheet to±5mm,which is well agreement with the simulated ones,meeting the requirement.
