电子商务模式下物流企业对高职毕业生能力需求研究

Study on Demand of Logistics Enterprises for Professional Capacity of Higher Vocational Education Graduate Students under E-commerce Mode

首先分析了电子商务新模式下物流企业岗位的分类及需求状况以及高职毕业生能力的现状,接着从高职物流人才培养课程模式、用人单位物流技能需求、制约电子商务物流人才培养的关键要素等方面深入分析了现有的高职物流人才培养模式的问题,继而提出了电子商务模式下高职物流人才培养应采取的优化高职电子商务物流课程体系设置、培养复合型物流人才、加强物流专业教学设备建设、开展校企合作等近期对策以及培养优质物流教师队伍、积极引进国外优秀物流人才、更新高职教育授课形式等远期对策。

In this paper, we first analyzed the classification of the positions offered by the logistics enterprises under the new ecommerce mode and the current demand for each of them as well as the professional capacity of the higher vocational education graduate students, then analyzed the existing problems in the cultivation course of the higher vocational education logistics talents, and at the end,proposed the corresponding measures to optimize the higher vocational education logistics talent cultivation under the new e-commerce mode.
