摘要
复合反渗透膜耐氧化性差,其聚酰胺皮层易受活性氯的攻击而发生结构降解,使膜性能迅速下降,寿命衰减.本文介绍了聚酰胺膜的氯化机理以及膜性能的衰减机理.综述30多年来,尤其是近几年来国内外耐氯反渗透膜的研究工作,并将其归纳为3类:聚酰胺膜材料的改性、开发新型耐氯膜材料和改进制膜工艺.最后对耐氯聚酰胺反渗透膜的发展提出几点建议.
Aromatic polyamide reverse osmosis(RO)membrane has poor tolerance to chlorine,because its active layer is easyly to beattacked by active chlorine,which affects the structural integrity of the layer and leads to impair the membrane performance.The mechanism of chlorination and its subsequent performance degradation were described.Works on chlorine-resistant RO membrane were reviewed over past thirty years,especially in recent years,which could be summarized as:modification of polyamide membrane,the search for new materials and improvements to the technique of making membranes.Finally,several suggestions for the developments of chlorine-resistant polyamide RO membrane were made.
