T_1WIR在0~8个月儿童脑髓鞘化中的价值及其它相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过对自旋回波T_1WI序列(T_1WSE)与反转恢复T_1WI序列(T_1WIR)的比较研究,探讨、分析T_1WIR在评估0~8个月儿童脑髓鞘化中的价值及其它相关性研究。方法对63例0~8个月儿童进行磁共振成像,每例均包含上述两个序列,对每个需要评估的髓鞘化部位进行对比分析,以确定哪个序列更清楚、更能够完整显示髓鞘化部位,以及两个序列在部分成像伪影方面的比较、研究。结果 T_1WIR在显示0~8个月儿童脑髓鞘化部位的清晰度方面要明显优于T_1WSE,且差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。同时T_1WIR序列解决了截断伪影及静脉留置针伪影的影响,从而能够更好的显示脑实质、皮层及皮层与脑脊液之间的解剖结构。结论 T_1WIR能较为准确的显示0~8个月儿童脑髓鞘化程度,解决了部分伪影对图像质量的影响,二者相结合可以更为准确的评价0~8个月儿童脑发育情况。 Objective To determine the value of T_1weighted inversion recovery( T_1WIR) in revealing child 's Myelination Within 0 ~ 8 months by comparing with T_1weighted spin echo( T_1WSE). Methods 63 children aged 0 ~ 8 months underwent magnetic resonance imaging,including both T_1WSE and T_1W-IR. Then we analyzed each anatomical site of myelination comparatively,thus determined which sequence was more clear,and a more complete display anatomical structure,and the correlation in terms of image artifacts. Results The TIWIR sequence could display the anatomical structure adged 0 ~ 8 months more clearly than T_1WSE sequence,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 005). Meanwhile,the T_1WIR resolved the effect of truncation artifact and venous indwelling needle,thus displaying the anatomical Structure between the brain cortex and cortex and cerebrospinal fluid better. Conclusion The T_1WIR sequence could display children's myelination degree aged 0 ~ 8 months more accuratelly,resolve the effect of artifact. The combination of both could evaluate children's myelination degree aged 0 ~ 8months more accurately.
