MSCT水成像对结直肠癌侵袭性征象的诊断及临床分析

Pathological contrast analysis of multi slice spiral CT water imaging in colorectal cancer diagnosis and aggressive signs

目的探讨MSCT水成像对结直肠癌及其侵袭性征象的诊断价值。方法 43例结直肠癌患者术前行MSCT水成像双期增强扫描,观察肿瘤部位,大小形态及侵出浆膜肠外浸润,区域性淋巴结转移的情况,作出诊断并与手术病理对照分析。结果 MSCT水成像对结直肠癌诊断的正确性,敏感性达100%。判断结肿瘤侵出浆膜肠外浸的准确率为90.3%,判断区域性淋巴结转移的准确率为75%。结论 MSCT水成像对结直肠癌的诊断、肿瘤侵袭性征象的准确判断有重要价值,为临床精准治疗方案的制订提供依据。

Objective To evaluate the value of multi-slice spiral CT urography in diagnosis of colorectal carcinoma and its invasive signs. Methods In 43 cases of colorectal cancer patients underwent MSCT imaging with dual phase enhanced scanning,we observed the tumor location,the shape and size of the serosal invasion of pericolic infiltration,regional lymph node metastasis,diagnosis,and compared with operation and pathology. Results The correctness of the MSCT water imaging diagnosis of colorectal cancer and the sensitivity was 100%. The accuracy of judging node invasion of serous parenteral dip was 86. 6%. The accuracy of regional lymph node metastasis was 75%. Conclusion There is on important value in accurately determining the tumor MSCT imagingdiagnosis of colorectal cancer,invasive features,providing accurate visualevidence for clinical treatment.
