摘要 应用高效液相色谱串联电感耦合等离子体质谱法(HPLC-ICP-MS)测定80个包装饮用水中溴酸盐的含量,分析了方法的检出限、准确度和精密度。结果表明,HPLC-ICP-MS法具有良好的准确度和精密度,且检出限低、灵敏度高、分析速度快,适用于包装饮用水中溴酸盐的常规检测。 The method for determination BrO3-in 80 packing drinking water samples by high performance liquid chromatography coupling with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(HPLC-ICP-MS) was developed. The detection limit, accuracy and precision of HPLC-ICP-MS was tested. And the two methods were employed to determine BrO3-in 20 packing drinking water samples. The HPLC-ICP-MS method showed good accuracy, precision,sensitive, and rapid for the routine analysis of bromate in packing drinking water.
