In the Internet era, with the development of network information technology, the reading behavior of college students has changed dramatically, with traditional paper reading declining and mobile reading becoming popular. Facing the new situation, university libraries must change the concept of library management, adjust to new roles, strengthen reading guidance, promote reading and direct mobile reading so as to build a new image as the information resources center and cultural recreation center.
