摘要
综述了国内外钢件表面纳米化对化学热处理过程影响的研究进展情况,分析了表面纳米化原理及其组织结构特征,以渗氮、渗铝为例,阐述了金属表面纳米化对化学热处理过程的影响机制,同时还分析了表面纳米化技术的研究现状和存在问题。
Research progress on the effect of surface nanocrystallization on the process of chemical heat treatment was summarized. The principle of nanocrystallization and its characteristic of structure were analyzed. The influence mechanism of surface nanocrystallization of steel to the process of chemical heat treatment for nitriding and aluminizing as examples was discussed,and the research status and problems of surface nanocrystallization were also indicated.
