摘要
针对某型直线导轨局部生锈问题,经外观检查和分析、显微分析、化学成分分析、SEM+EDS分析、金相组织、硬度试验等方法,发现导轨本身不具备防锈能力。当滑块粘附过多砂粒或金属屑时,容易擦伤导轨表面,增大导轨表面粗糙度,甚至刮去表层油脂,使导轨表面失去防锈保护而生锈。
Aiming at the problem of local rusting to some linear guide rails,the rails are found without any anti-rust capacity by appearance inspection and analysis,microscope analysis,chemical composition analysis,SEM + EDS analysis,microstructure check,hardness test,etc.. While a slider block is stuck with more sands and chips,it is easy to scratch the surface of guide rail and increase the surface roughness of guide rail and then the rail surface should be easy to rust because of losing antirust protection by scrape off the surface grease.
