摘要
通过对比实验及数据统计,分析了冷轧带钢粘结缺陷的影响因素。结果表明:带钢材质与热轧原料板形是影响粘结的主要因素,冷轧卷取张力和罩式退火冷却制度等也会影响粘结缺陷的产生。
Through the contrast experiment and data statistics,influence factors of bonding defects of the cold-rolled strip were analyzed. Results show that the raw material of strip and the shape of hot-rolled strip are the main factors,and tension,batch annealing cooling system of cold-rolled coiling also affect to form the bonding defects.
