摘要
通过实验室缺陷样品分析,生产数据统计,分析了影响热轧带钢头部氧化铁缺陷的因素。结果表明:中间坯头部温度高是形成头部氧化铁皮的主要因素,轧制计划编排、带钢的化学成分和除鳞状况等也会影响到头部氧化铁皮缺陷的产生。
The factors influencing oxide scale in the head of hot-rolled strip steel were analyzed by analysis of defect sample and statistics of site data. The result shows that the main factor formed oxide scale defect is higher head temperature at head of intermediate billet,and the arranging hot rolling plan,chemical composition of strip steel and condition of descaling etc. can also affect on generation of oxide scale in the head.
