情绪智力理论对中学教师教学的启示 被引量:1

摘要 文章介绍了情绪智力的概念和理论模型,阐述了情绪智力对教师的教学效能感、职业倦怠感和职业幸福感的影响,以及对学生的学习成绩、学习兴趣和人际关系的影响,并根据情绪智力理论模型提出了中学教师应合理利用情绪智力进行有效教学的几条措施。
