摘要 以毛细吸水时间(CST)和污泥过滤时间(TTF)作为评价污泥脱水性能的指标,实验考察了调理剂聚丙烯酰胺PAM-1(直链型阳离子PAM)和PAM-2(交联型阳离子PAM)对污泥脱水性能的影响,并与FeCl_3的作用效果进行比较.实验结果表明:相对于室温,4℃条件下保存污泥脱水性质较稳定.用CST评价污泥的脱水性能时,PAM-1适合与FeCl_3联合使用,最佳投加量为(2+10)mg/g(以绝干污泥计).用TTF表征污泥的脱水性能,PAM-1适合单独使用,最佳投加量为5mg/g.PAM-2不适合与FeCl_3联合使用.当其投加量为3mg/g时,污泥的CST与TTF均达到最小. The effects of two kinds of polyacrylamide(the straight-chain cationic polyacrylamide(PAM-1)and cross-linked cationic polyacrylamide(PAM-2))and FeCl_3 on sludge dewatering performance were investigated with the capillary suction time(CST)and the time to filter(TTF)as the main evaluation indexes.Experimental results show that the dewatering performance of sludge which stored at 4 ℃ was more stable than at room temperature.PAM-1,combined with FeCl_3,had a better sludge dewatering performance when CST was used as the evaluation index,the optimum dosage of PAM-1 and FeCl_3 were(2+10)mg/g dried sludge.When TTF was used as the index to evaluate sludge dewatering performance,PAM-1 was found to behave much better when used individually and the optimum dosage of PAM-1 was 5mg/g.Also,PAM-2 was found not suitable to be used with FeCl_3.When the dosage of PAM-2 was 3 mg/g the both values of CST and TTF reached their minimum.
