Determination of Zr and Hf in Aluminum Zirconium Alloys by ICP-AES Method

采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定铝锆合金中锆和铪元素,研究这两种元素的溶样方法、分析线的选择及干扰的消除,并对分析条件进行优化。通过准确度和精密度试验,验证了方法的准确性和可靠性。

The determination of Zr and Hf in Aluminum zirconium alloys is studied by ICPAES.Systematic research is conducted on the dissolving method, the selection of analytical line and the eliminating interference for determination of these two elements by ICP-AES.And Analysis conditions were optimized. Through the accuracy and precision experiment, it verified the accuracy and reliability of the method.
