灌溉臭氧水对生菜抗性生理的影响 被引量:2

摘要 臭氧水对营养液杀菌消毒作用的研究已取得了很多成果,然而营养液中残留的臭氧对作物的生长及生理影响还缺乏研究。为此,本试验分别采用2.0mg·L-1和4.0mg·L-1臭氧水浇灌基质栽培的生菜,分别在处理后的第10、20、30天取生菜根系样品检测其超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)等抗氧化酶活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量,并与对照组(CK,臭氧浓度为0mg·L-1)进行比较,研究生菜受不同浓度臭氧胁迫的反应。试验结果表明:2.0mg·L-1浓度臭氧水对生菜根系的抗氧化酶活性和MDA含量均没有产生显著影响,而4.0mg·L-1浓度臭氧水会提高SOD和POD活性,且在处理10天后的MDA含量显著上升,但并没有影响生菜的产量。因此,采用含有4.0mg·L-1以及更低浓度的臭氧营养液灌溉生菜是安全可行的。 At present a lot of research are exploring using ozone water to sterilization of nutrient solution,and achieved positive results.However the research is lack that what effect on crop growth and physiological by using residual ozone nutrient solution.Therefore the experimental design used 2.0mg·L-1 and 4.0mg·L-1 ozone water to irrigate lettuce,tested its root antioxidant enzyme activity and MDA content after 10,20 and 30days,then compared with the control group(CK,Ozone concentration is 0mg·L-1)and analysis of stress reaction by different concentration of ozone.Experimental results showed:The 2.0mg·L-1 ozone water did not produce stress on lettuce;4.0mg·L-1 ozone water could improve the lettuce SOD and POD activity,MDA content was significantly increased after ten days,but had no effect on the yield of lettuce.Therefore,using the nutrient solution contains 4.0mg·L-1 and lower concentration of ozone water to irrigation lettuce is safe and feasible.
