不同苗龄与苗期增施CO_2对番茄生长和产量的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为了对番茄工厂化育苗的合适苗龄期提供可靠的理论依据和有效方案,通过工厂化育苗及大田试验,研究了番茄30、35、40、50、60和80d(阳畦CK)不同苗龄与生长发育、积温、成熟期、产量、CO2营养的关系。结果发现,40d苗龄的秧苗从秧苗外部形态和内部组织结构正处于旺盛生长阶段,具有较高的生理活性,栽到大田缓苗快,适应性强,病害少,其中期生长速度超过50,60和80d苗龄的秧苗;开花数、着果率、单果重、总产量也高于其他苗龄处理。苗期增施CO2,更能充分利用CO2提高光合作用效率,增加单位时间内干物质的积累,不仅培育壮苗,促进秧苗生长发育,缩短苗龄,收获提前,前期产量高,而且秧苗集中,耗费CO2量少,施用经济又方便,在工厂化育苗中应用推广前景十分广阔。 In order to provide a reliable theoretical basis and effective solution to the appropriate period of seedling age on seedling of tomato plant based on factory nursery and field test,studied the tomato 30,35,40,50,60 and 80days(coldframe CK)with different ages and the growth and development,accumulated temperature,maturity,yield,CO2 nutritional relationship.The results showed that 40 dage of seedling from the external form and internal organizational structure wass in vigorous growth stage,had higher physiological activity,planted to field a slow seedlings fast,strong adaptability,less disease,its medium-term growth rate was more than 50 d,60d,80 dof the age of seedling seedling;flower number,ZhaoGuoLv,single fruit weight,total output wass higher than other age of seedling.Seedling increased CO2,could improve the efficiency of photosynthesis,made full use of the CO2,increased dry matter accumulation of per unit time,cultivated strong seedling,promoted the seedlings growth and development,shortened the age of seedling,cost less CO2,the prospect of promotion is very broad in the factory nursery.
