在保险公司中活跃着一支最有力量的队伍——保险营销员,他们是保险展业中的重要力量,也是保险公司最宝贵的资本,发挥着中流砥柱的作用。保险公司在业务开拓过程中,综合运用教育培训体系、竞争考核体系、荣誉激励体系、利益分配体系等为保险营销员建立拓展自我、主动创新和创富圆梦的平台。在当前中国经济新常态下,金融业面临混业经营的新趋势,互联网技术的发展也为金融业转型提供了强大的支撑。因此,保险公司需要帮助保险营销员适应变化,创新管理方式,实现新的转型。
The insurance salesmen are the most vigorous troops in insurance companies. They are important forces and most valuable capital in insurance companies. In business promotion, insurance companies comprehensively use education and training system, competition and assessing system, honor encourage system, interest distribution system etc. , to construct the platform for insurance salesmen to expand themselves, innovate actively, make wealth and dreams come true. In the new normal situation of Chinese economics, financial sector faces a trend of mixed operation. At the same time, the develop- ment of internet technology gives a strong support for the transition of financial sector. With the new trend, insurance companies need to help insurance salesmen adjust to the change, create new management method, in order to realize a new transformation.
