摘要
以氯苯(PhCl)、镁屑和甲基三甲氧基硅烷(MTMS)为原料,以四氢呋喃(THF)为溶剂,经格氏法分步反应制备甲基苯基二甲氧基硅烷[MePhSi(OMe)2],并用IR、^1H-NMR对产物的结构进行了表征。通过正交试验法对各影响因素的考察及优化实验结果表明,当物料投料比n(Mg)∶n(PhCl)∶n(MTMS)∶n(THF)为1∶1.05∶4∶2.4,回流反应为3h时,MePhSi(OMe)2的收率可达73%。
Methylphenyldimethoxysilane were synthesized using magnesium chips,chlorobenzene and methyltrimethoxysilane as the raw materials in THF as a solvent by tow-step grignard reagent method.Various factors influencing on the yield of the products were explored and the optimum parameters for the reaction processes were determined using orthogonal experiment.The results indicated that when the molar ration of n(magnesium chips),n(chlorobenzene),n(methyltrimethoxysilane)and n(THF)was 1∶1.05∶4∶2.4,the reaction time was 3hunder reflow conditions,the yield of methylphenyldimethoxysilane was 73%.
