摘要
以苯基三甲氧基硅烷、二官能度硅氧烷、钛酸四丁酯(TBT)为原料,制备出一种高折射钛杂化苯基硅树脂(PPT),研究了TBT含量对硅树脂固化物性能的影响。研究结果表明:TBT含量增加,杂化硅树脂折射率增加,TBT含量为25%(wt,质量分数,下同)时,折射率可达1.686;TBT的引入对钛杂化硅树脂固化物电学性能与固化膜表面性能有一定影响,增加TBT含量,固化物介电常数增大,接触角减小;固化膜具有较好透过率,均大于76%;固化物具有良好的耐热性能,TBT含量为15%时,N2氛围800℃失重率可达82.9%。
Titanium hybrid phenyl silicone resin with high refractive index was prepared by using phenyltrimethoxysilane/two functional siloxane/butyl titanate as raw materials.The influence of different side-on bonding on the silicone resin and TBT contents on the curing properties were investigated.Experimental result indicated that:improving TBT contents,the refractive index of resin increased linearly.When the content of TBT was 25%,refractive index can be 1.686.The introduction of TBT had a certain effect on the cured electrical properties and curing membrane surface properties.When improving TBT contents,curing dielectric constant increased and contact angle decreased.Curing film had good transmittance,the transmissivity of products all greater than 76%.The product was found that possessed excellent thermal stability with the result of TGA,the residual mass was 82.9% when 15% TBT at 800℃in N_2 atmosphere.
