摘要
以丙烯酸(AA)接枝红薯渣(SPS)制得改性红薯渣,再与聚乳酸(PLA)在二甲基亚砜为溶剂的条件下进行共混,制备了一种新型廉价的生物可降解材料。通过红外光谱、X射线衍射、熔融指数及扫描电镜等测试对共聚物进行了表征。通过正交试验优化接枝的最佳条件分别为:M_(AA)/M_(SPS)=3/1,反应温度80℃,反应时间1.5h,硝酸铈铵加入量10mmol/L。对改性SPS/PLA材料分析表明,AA改性后的SPS与PLA的相容性大大提高,SPS含量为50%时混合物熔融指数最高,分子量和黏度都相对较大,混合程度也较均匀。
The modified sweet potato residue was made by sweet potato starch(SPS)grafted with acrylic acid(AA),and then blended with polylactic acid(PLA)in dimethyl sulfoxide to prepare a novel inexpensive biodegradable material.The characterization of composite was studied through IR,XRD,melt index and SEM.The grafting percentage was optimum by orthogonal test when the condition that acrylic acid and sweet potato residue ratio of 3/1,the reaction temperature80℃,the reaction time 1.5h,cerium ammonium nitrate added 10mmol/L.The result showed that compatibility of the modified acrylic-starch/PLA blends was greatly improved by the acrylic modified sweet potato residue.When acrylic acid content of 50%,the mixture had the highest melt index,molecular weight and viscosity,and the degree of mixing was relatively uniform.
