AlN/EP导热复合材料的工频击穿和介电性能研究

摘要 环氧树脂(EP)中加入氮化铝(AlN)制备出导热复合材料,研究了AlN含量对复合材料导热系数、工频击穿场强、相对介电常数、介质损耗角正切值和体积电阻率的影响。结果表明:随AlN含量的增加,复合材料的导热系数增加,复合材料的工频击穿场强和体积电阻率随AlN含量的增加而减小,在10^(-2)~10~7 Hz范围内介电常数和介质损耗角正切值都随AlN含量的增加而变大。 The thermal conductivity composite materials that AlN was added into the epoxy resin was prepared.The thermal conductivity,frequency breakdown field strength,relative dielectric constant,dielectric loss tangent and volume resistivity of materials with different content AlN were studied.The study showed that thermal conductivity was increased with the increase of the content of AlN.The frequency breakdown field strength and volume resistivity of materials were decreased with the increase of the content of AlN.Relative dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent of materials were increased within the range of 10^(-2) to 10~7 Hz.
