日粮配方·虫龄和化蛹板对蜜蜂幼虫生长发育的影响

摘要 [目的]模拟自然状况下蜜蜂幼虫发育的环境条件,探索可行的饲养模式,建立完整的室内人工饲养蜜蜂幼虫的技术。[方法]以意大利蜜蜂幼虫为研究对象,以幼虫存活率、蛹化率和羽化率为评价指标,探讨日粮配方、虫龄和化蛹板等对幼虫生长发育的影响。[结果]通过筛选获得了比较理想的室内人工培养蜜蜂幼虫的技术,其中幼虫存活率、蛹化率和羽化率均可达到90%以上。[结论]该研究建立了有效、可行的蜜蜂幼虫的饲养技术,为进一步研究典型农药对蜜蜂幼虫毒性的影响奠定了基础。 [ Objective ] Simulating environmental conditions for the development of bee larvae under natural conditions, the feasible lareeamg mode was explored, the complete indoor artificial cultivation technology for bee larvae was established. [ Method] With Italy bee larvae as the research object, larvae survival rate, pupation rate and eelosion rate as evaluation indicators, effects of diet formula, insect age, pupation plate on growth and development of larvae were discussed. [ Result ] Through screening, the ideal indoor artificial cultivation technology for bee larvaes was obtained, the survival rate, pupation rate and eclosion rate could reach above 90%. [ Conclusion ] The study establishes an effective, feasible breeding technology for bee larvae, which will lay a foundation for further studying effects of typical pesticides on toxicity of bee larvae.
