摘要
[目的]优化南重楼中4种重楼皂苷提取的最佳工艺。[方法]采用L9(34)正交试验,对提取溶剂的单次料液比、单次提取时间、初始提取温度、提取次数4因素进行优化考察,HPLC法测定4种重楼皂苷含量并作为考察指标。[结果]最佳提取工艺单次料液比为15倍的甲醇,每次提取20 min,初始提取温度为40℃,提取次数为3次。[结论]该提取工艺操作简单、合理、可行、重复性好、稳定可靠,可用于南重楼中4种重楼皂苷的提取。
[Objective] To select the optimal extraction procedure of polyphyllin from four kinds of Paris vietnamensis. [Method] L9( 34) orthogonal test was adopted to investigate the four factors of solid-liquid ratio,extraction time,initial extraction temperature and extraction times.Polyphyllin contents in four kinds of P. vietnamensis were detected by HPLC method. [Result] The optimal extraction condition was as follows: 15 times of methanol,20 min extraction time,40 ℃ extraction temperature,and three extraction times. [Conclusion] This extraction technology is simple,stable,reliable,reasonable and feasible,and can be used for the extraction of polyphyllin from four kinds of P. vietnamensis.
