摘要
随着现代农业的发展,对精密播种技术提出了更高的要求,这就需要对现有的排种器动力传动系统进行分析。为此,在简述排种器类型之后,分析说明播量不稳的原因之一就是排种动力传动系统的选取,在此基础上介绍了3种类型的排种动力传动系统的重要元件、组成、工作原理、特点以及必须注意的技术事项,进而得出播种智能化、自动化、精确化将是未来排种动力传动系统的发展方向。
With the development of modern agriculture,we put forward higher request to the precision seeding technology,which requires an introduction of the existing metering device of power transmission system. Therefore,after elaborated the type of metering device,the analysis showed that the selection of power transmission system was one of the reasons for the instability of the sowing instability. Based on these,we introduced the major composition,working principle and characteristics of three types of power transmission systems,as well as the technical matters that must be paid attention to. Finally,enlightenments were put forward: sowing intelligent,automation and precision would be the future development direction of metering device power transmission system.
