摘要
西藏地区高频率的冻融循环极易造成水工混凝土的冻融破坏,严重影响工程服役安全。根据水工混凝土冻融破坏机理,研发了具有良好抗渗性和耐老化性能的混凝土抗冻融防护涂层,其可有效阻隔外界水侵入,减少混凝土孔隙含水量,抑制混凝土的冻融破坏过程。该涂层以高强度树脂材料为底涂,能修补混凝土表面缺陷,并提供与面层的良好粘接,面层材料为高耐候聚脲防水涂层。研究发现涂层防护下的混凝土试样抗冻融性能优于F300。
Because of high frequency freezing-thawing cycles in Tibet, the hydraulic concrete is easily to be destroyed which seriously affecting the safety of concrete structures. In connection with the freeze-thaw damage mechanism of hydraulic concrete, a freeze-thaw protective coating of concrete with good impermeability and resistance to aging properties is developed.The coating can effectively resist the outside water into the interior of concrete and reduce pore water content, which will inhibit the process of freeze-thaw damage of concrete. The coating includes a high-strength resin primer which can repair surface defects of concrete and provide good adhesion to the surface layer. The surface layer of coating is a polyurea waterproofing coating, which has high weathering resistance. The laboratory study finds that the concrete specimens with protective coating can undertake freeze-thaw cycles more than F300.
