乏资料流域的水情自动测报系统设计与实现——以南欧江梯级水电工程为例 被引量:8

摘要 从老挝南欧江流域梯级水电站工程施工与运行的实际需求出发,中国电建集团昆明勘测设计研究院有限公司针对流域内水文站网密度低、缺乏历史水文观测资料的不利条件,在实践工作中不断探索、承优创新,逐步建立完善了南欧江梯级水电站水情自动测报系统,主要涉及该系统的规划设计、系统站网建设、水情预报方案编制与实施、系统运行与维护等多项工作。目前该水情自动测报系统运行状况良好,为各级电站施工期安全度汛、运行期优化调度等业主切实关心问题提供决策依据,发挥了应有的作用。 For meeting the actual demands of cascade hydropower project construction and operation in Nam Ou River of Laos on hydrological forecast, Power China Kunming Engineering Corporation Limited gradually establishes and improves the automatic hydrological forecast system for cascade hydropower stations under the adverse conditions of low-density hydrologic network and lack of historical hydrological observation. The main tasks of automatic hydrological forecast system development include system planning and design, hydrological station network construction, preparation and implementation of hydrological forecasting, and system operation and maintenance. Currently, the system operates in good conditions which provide basis for decision making on the flood control during hydropower station construction period and the operation scheduling optimization of stations.
