狼疮抗凝物实验室规范化检测进展 被引量：7

摘要 狼疮抗凝物(lupus anticoagulants,LAC)是一类针对带负电荷磷脂或磷脂与蛋白质复合物的自身抗体,其持续阳性预示动静脉血栓以及习惯性流产等不良事件的发生,此外可作为抗凝治疗效果的监测指标。但由于分析前、分析中诸多因素(如样本的准备、筛查试验的检测试剂和方法选择)影响检测结果的准确性和重复性,其临床应用效果不太理想。本文依据国际血栓与止血学会(ISTH)、英国血液学标准委员会(BCSH)以及临床实验室标准化协会(CLSI)等相关指南及文献,对LAC实验室检测相关问题作一综述。
