意大利早期婴幼儿阅读推广计划管理模式研究

Research on Administration Mode of Early Childhood Reading Promotion Program- “Nati Per Legger”in Italy

[目的/意义]意大利NpL计划是早期婴幼儿阅读推广的成功案例,其管理模式可以为我国同类儿童阅读推广服务提供参考和借鉴。[方法/过程]对NpL的管理模式进行案例剖析,归纳概括其管理模式的特点,并与我国儿童阅读推广项目中存在的问题进行对比分析。[结果/结论]NpL管理模式具有组织架构系统化、服务流程一体化、人员培训规范化、NpL品牌管理专业化四大特点,且具有系统化的规划和设计理念以及成熟的商业意识,值得我国予以借鉴。

[Purpose/significance ] Nati per Leggere is a successful project of the reading promotion of early child- hood. Its successful administration mode could provide the reference for such reading promotion service in China. [ Method/process ] This paper analyzes the mode of administration of NpL, and compares the exsiting problem of the same kind of service in this field in China. [ Result/conclusion] It finds that there are four characteristics of NpL＇ s administration mode： including the systematic administration setting, the integrated service process, the normalized training and the pro- fessional NpL brand operation. Above all, Npl has the well planning and design concept of the whole society engineering and the matured business consciousness of operation.
