长春和吉林市初中生口腔保健知识技能及行为现状 被引量:4

Knowledge skill and behavior on oral health among secondary school students in Changchun and Jilin City

摘要 目的了解长春和吉林市初中生口腔保健知识与技能的掌握程度和口腔保健行为的实施情况,为开展学校的口腔健康干预提供参考依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,选取吉林省长春市和吉林市8所初中的5 128名学生,使用自行设计的问卷进行调查。结果研究对象有口腔保健培训经历者仅占52.5%;口腔保健知识知晓率为68.2%,口腔保健技能掌握率为25.4%,口腔保健行为准确率为11.4%。有口腔保健培训经历者的口腔保健知识、技能及行为均高于无培训经历者(P值均<0.01)。结论初中生口腔保健知识正确率低,口腔技能掌握情况有待提高;开展培训对提高学生的口腔保健知识、技能及行为有一定效果,应进一步加大培训和健康教育力度。 Objective To investigate knowledge skill and behavior on oral health among secondary school students in Changchun and Jilin city and to provide evidences for school-based oral health intervention. Methods Totally 5 128 students from8 secondary schools in Changchun and Jilin city of Jilin province were selected by using stratified cluster sampling method. Self-designed questionnaires were implemented. Results The proportion of oral health knowledge, skills and behavior among secondary school students was 68.2%, 25.4% and 11.4%, respectively.The percentage of oral health knowledge, skills and behaviors in secondary students who had experience of oral health education was significantly higher than who did not have( P〈0.01). Conclusion Knowledge, skills and behaviors of oral health among secondary school students is not optimistic. It ' s necessary to implement school-based oral health interventions to effectively improve knowledge, skill and behaviors of oral health.
