摘要
目的了解大学生身体活动阶段变化及其健康状况的关系,为进一步探索身体活动阶段变化与健康状况的关系提供实践及理论基础。方法以身体活动阶段的四步骤模型(FIT模型)为基本理论,对随机整群抽取的江苏省5所高校的831名大一、大二年级学生进行身体活动行为问卷调查。结果除消极主观良好感(F=1.71,P=0.19)外,不同身体活动阶段大学生身体体质、积极主观良好感、健康满意度和不适感差异均有统计学意义(F值分别为105.76,16.09,76.65,20.54,P值均<0.01)。另外,只有性别在不同阶段和健康满意度上的调节作用有统计学意义(F_(1,720)=3.30,P<0.01)。除消极主观良好感外,大学生身体活动阶段与其健康状况呈相关关系。结论可采用FIT模型作为依据来推断青少年在身体活动变化不同阶段的健康状况。
Objective To explore the relationship between physical activity and health status among university students,and to provide theoretical basis for physical activity( PA) intervention. Methods Based on the FIT Model( Four Steps from Inactivity to Activity), a total of 831 university students from five colleges in Jiangsu were selected randomly and surveyed with Physical Activity Behavior Questionnaire. Results Except negative wellbeing( F = 1. 71, P = 0. 19), significant differences were found in physical fitness( F = 105.76, P〈0.01), positive wellbeing( F = 16.09, P〈0.01), health satisfaction( F = 76.65, P〈0.01) and complaints( F = 20.54, P〈0.01) in different PA levels. Additionally, there was significant interaction between gender and PA on health satisfaction( F1,720= 3.30, P〈0.01). Conclusion Except negative wellbeing, physical activity correlates with health status among college students, which supports the diagnosed function of FIT model.
