摘要
基于自我一致性理论,采用来自国内某中部地区的数据,探讨工作团队的咨询网络通过提升团队成员的平均组织自尊水平,促进团队交互记忆系统的建立,并运用相关检验、层次回归分析法等对有关假设进行验正。研究结果表明,团队咨询网络密度对团队交互记忆系统的建立有显著的正向影响;此外,团队成员平均组织自尊在团队咨询网络密度与交互记忆系统之间发挥完全中介的作用。
Transactive memory system(TMS)theory has gained in popularity in recent researches on groups and other collectives.This study investigated the mediating role of team member's average organization-based self-esteem(OBSE)between social network and transactive memory systems of work teams.Using data collected from middle China,the proposed hypotheses were tested with correlation analysis and hierarchical linear modeling techniques and etc.The results showed that advice network density is positively related to transactive memory system.Moreover,team members' average organization-based self-esteem has mediating effects between advice network density and transactive memory system in work teams.
