摘要
中医学认为,血瘀为子宫内膜异位症(内异症)的主要致病因素。血瘀的形成与内异症的经血逆流过程、血管生成过程密切相关。内异症的根本发病机制与正气的强弱密切相关,而正气与现代人体免疫功能存在内在联系,其治疗亦需从调节正气、改善脏腑功能入手。
In Chinese medicine, blood stasis is the main pathogenic cause of endometriosis. The formation of blood stasis is closely related to menstrual blood refulx and angiogenesis in the process of endometriosis. The basic pathogenesis of endometriosis is closely related to the strength of vital Qi. While vital Qi has internal relation to modem human immunity. The treatment should start from regulating vital Qi and improving Zang-Fu function.
