摘要
选择合适的联盟伙伴是技术创新联盟取得成功的第一步,好的联盟伙伴能够降低联盟风险,提升联盟价值。联盟伙伴的选择属于决策问题范畴,考虑到技术创新联盟伙伴选择的多目标属性和不确定性等特点,本文给出了基于ELECTRE-Ⅰ决策方法的技术创新联盟伙伴选择方法。应用优化的ELECTRE-Ⅰ方法对从事"互联网+"项目的创新联盟伙伴选择进行了实例分析,为技术创新联盟伙伴选择提供有应用价值的参考。
Selecting appropriate allies is the first step to the success of technological innovation alliance. Good partners could always reduce the risk and promote the value of the alliance. The selection of allies belongs to the category of decision problems. Considering the multi-objective attributes, uncertainty and the other characteristics, the method for selecting technological innovation allies is presented in this paper based on the ELECTRE - Idecision method. Applying the ELECTRE - I method＇ s optimization to the selection of innovation allies in Internet ＋ projects, this paper provides applieatory reference for technological innovation allies＇ selection through analyses of real cases.
