钻井用化学剂标准现状分析及建议

Present Situation Analysis of Chemicals Standards for Well Drilling and Some Suggestions

通过对中国石化钻井用化学剂现行标准的调研,分析了中国石化在用钻井用化学剂标准的现状。针对中国石化在用钻井用化学剂标准存在着数量多、部分标准类别不清,生产厂家标准质量参差不齐、执行标准不统一、产品标准命名随意性大等问题,提出了开展新技术和新工艺的标准化研究、加强标准化专项技术研究、强化化学剂质量控制机制、加强标准制修订的过程管理及重点标准宣贯力度等建议。

The current standards of the drilling chemicals used in Sinopec are investegated, and the present situation of the chemicalsstandards is analyzed. It is shown that, there are many problems in drilling chemicals standards used in Sinopec, such as the quantity ofthe standards is many, the category of partial standards is not clear, the standards implemented by different manufacturers are not uni-form, there is arbitrariness in the naming of the standards. For solving these problems above, some suggestions are proposed, such asstudying on the standardization of new techniques and new technologies, strengthening the research of the special standardization tech-nologies, strengthening the quality control mechanism of chemical agents for drilling, strengthening the management of the formulationand revision process of the standards, strengthening the propaganda and implementation of key standards.
