中医药特色人才培养的探索与思考

Exploration on cultivation of characteristic talents of traditional Chinese medicine

我国中医教育事业和卫生事业的发展进入到一个新的历史阶段,深化医药卫生体制改革对中医药人才培养方向提出了新的要求,对中医药人才培养质量提出了新的任务。成都中医药大学近年来积极创新人才培养模式,通过开办中医学专业"李斯炽班"、中药学专业"凌一揆班""中药学太极班""针灸推拿专业"吴棹仙班",从更新人才培养目标、创新教育理念、调整课程设置、改进教学方法、强化实践环节、加强质量监控等方面着手,探索培养中医药特色人才,取得了初步的成效。

The development of TCM education and health service in our country has entered a new historical period.The reform of the medical care and health system has put forward new requirements on the training of traditionalChinese medicine talents. In recent years, Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine through itsinnovative talent training mode has achieved initial results in conducting reforms to open＂traditional Chinesemedicine Li Sichi class＂,＂Chinese materia medica Ling Yikui class＂,＂Chinese materia medica Taiji class＂and＂acupuncture and moxibustion Wu Zhaoxian class＂by renewing the goal of talent cultivation, innovating theeducational idea, adjusting the curriculum, improving the teaching method, strengthening the practice link andquality control.
