“多方共育”互动式人才培养模式的构建与探索——安徽中医药大学订单定向培养农村中医全科人才研究与实践

为满足农村基层医疗卫生服务机构对中医全科人才在知识、能力、素质等方面的实际需求,并使高校的人才培养与基层岗位的实际需求无缝对接,安徽中医药大学以培养"医疗、预防、保健、康复、健康教育、计划生育指导"六位一体的高素质应用型中医全科医学人才为目标,通过突出核心课程、加强通识教育、夯实全科医学技能、强化实践教学环节、加强临床能力培养和医德诚信教育等改革措施,推进校地、医教深度合作,探索构建了由高等学校、教学医院、地方政府和基层卫生服务机构共同参与的"多方共育"互动式人才培养新模式。

To suit the needs of medical and health service in rural areas, which sets high demand for TCM generalpractitioners＇ knowledge, ability and quality, Anhui University of Chinese Medicine has conducted educationalreform to establish an interactive talent training mode through co-cultivation between the university, hospital, localgovernment and the primary-level health service organization. The aim is to cultivate high-quality practical talentof general medicine, which integrates prevention, health care, recuperation, health education, and family planningguidance as a whole. Reform measures include highlighting core curriculum, reinforcing liberal education,strengthening skill training, practical teaching, clinical ability training, and medical ethics and integrity education.
