摘要
目的研究不同师生关系对高校研究生的影响。方法选择广州中医药大学2011—2013级的各专业研究生进行问卷调查,采用单因素方差分析对统计数据进行分析。结果高校师生关系中以普通师生型和良师益友型师生关系为主;不同的师生关系对研究生培养各环节的重视程度以及对研究生的影响程度各不相同,有显著性差异。结论良好的师生关系有利于研究生的培养。
Objective To study the influence of different types of relationship between tutors and graduate studentson postgraduates. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on professional graduate students of Grade2011-2013 in Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. One-way analysis of variance was used to analyze thestatistical data. Results Ordinary teacher- student relationship and helpful relationship are the main types ofrelationship in universities and colleges. Different teacher-student relationship shows significant differences in thewhole talent cultivation process. Conclusion Good relationship between tutors and graduate students is beneficialto cultivation of postgraduates.
