丹红注射液治疗糖尿病肾病的临床分析

The Clinical Analysis of the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy with Dan Hong Injection

目的分析丹红注射液治疗糖尿病肾病的效果。方法研究年度2015年1月—2015年10月,对象糖尿病肾病64例,按数字法分组。实验组共有32例,选用丹红注射液;对照组共有32例,选用常规治疗。比较疗效。结果实验组各项指标改善明显,治疗有效率高,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液对糖尿病肾病治疗效果佳,可推广运用。

Objective To analyze the effect of the treatment of diabetic nephropathy by Dan Hong injection.Methods 64 cases of diabetic nephropathy in October 2015,January 2015,and cases of diabetic nephropathy were grouped by digital method.There were 32 cases in the experimental group,and 32 cases in the control group,and the control group was treated with conventional therapy.Comparative efficacy.Results The indexes of the experimental group were significantly improved,the effective rate of treatment was high,and there were significant differences between the groups,and it was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment effect of the treatment of diabetic nephropathy is good,but it can be spread and applied.
